clients retain full responsibility for decisions and actions
operational interpretation remains observational in nature

3.Independent Professional Relationship

Engagement with J.Mystic™ Studio does not create:

fiduciary obligations
employment relationships
partnerships
joint ventures
management authority
legal, accounting, financial, engineering, or licensed professional advisory relationships unless separately agreed in writing

Clients remain fully responsible for operational execution, organizational decisions, staffing, implementation, compliance, and internal management activities.

4.Engagement & Intake Process

Submission of an inquiry, intake form, consultation request, or communication does not guarantee acceptance of an engagement.

J.Mystic™ Studio reserves the unrestricted right to:

decline engagements
limit scope
determine organizational fit
modify engagement structure
define delivery methods
establish timelines and reporting cadence
discontinue services at discretion where appropriate

Engagement scope, pricing, scheduling, deliverables, and access levels are confirmed only through written agreement or formal acceptance.

5.Proprietary Frameworks & Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, methodologies, structures, terminology, signal models, operational architectures, visibility systems, dashboards, workflows, reports, observational methods, strategic interpretations, reporting formats, implementation structures, operational logic, organizational models, and related materials developed or utilized by J.Mystic™ Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of J.Mystic™ Studio.

This includes, without limitation:

the K8 Framework™
operational signal infrastructure
signal architectures
diagnostic structures
reporting methodologies
organizational observation systems
operational intelligence models
visibility frameworks
language systems
presentation structures
implementation processes
strategic interpretation methods
supporting operational infrastructure

Clients are granted only a limited internal-use license for authorized materials provided during active engagements.

Clients and third parties may not:

reproduce
duplicate
reverse engineer
extract methodology
train systems from
adapt
model
recreate
distribute
sublicense
commercialize
publish publicly
derive competing systems from
or otherwise exploit

any proprietary materials, frameworks, reports, operational structures, or methodologies associated with J.Mystic™ Studio without prior written authorization.

All intellectual property rights remain exclusively reserved by J.Mystic™ Studio regardless of client engagement status, visibility level, or implementation context.

6.Confidentiality

J.Mystic™ Studio treats client information, operational observations, internal organizational details, reports, dashboards, and engagement materials as confidential.

Likewise, all proprietary frameworks, operational systems, reporting structures, methodologies, strategic interpretations, and implementation models belonging to J.Mystic™ Studio shall be treated as confidential intellectual property.

Public references, testimonials, screenshots, reproductions, publications, or disclosures regarding engagements require prior written authorization.

7.Technology & Infrastructure

J.Mystic™ Studio may utilize proprietary operational intelligence systems, software infrastructure, dashboards, QR-based operational visibility systems, reporting environments, communication tools, and third-party technology providers in support of services.

Use of operational infrastructure or visibility systems does not transfer ownership, methodology rights, source architecture access, or reproduction rights to any client or third party.

Underlying operational logic, frameworks, architectures, and system methodologies remain proprietary and confidential regardless of client access level.

8.Travel & On-Site Engagements

For immersion-based or on-site engagements, travel, lodging, scheduling, operational access, and accommodations may be coordinated separately and confirmed in writing prior to engagement commencement.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, J.Mystic™ Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, strategic, operational, financial, reputational, or organizational outcomes arising from:

use of reports or materials
operational decisions
implementation activities
interpretations
technology usage
dashboards
operational visibility systems
consulting interactions
or related services

All services, materials, frameworks, dashboards, and operational observations are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.

10.Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be modified or updated periodically without prior notice.

Continued use of this website, services, systems, or communications constitutes acceptance of the current version.
